The room was spacious! I loved that it had these fantastic double curtains and lights under the bed with an awesome vibe in the evenings. The unique Dorothy mug was a nice touch that I didn't expect.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth it for what I got.

The hotel is absolutely great and lovely, nestled in an amazing building with garden views. The staff are courteous and the breakfast is cheap. The rooms are airy and huge with coffee and a heating system.

The showers were modern and well-maintained, but
The heating system left much to be desired. While the bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious, I struggled with fluctuating temperatures at night. It's a shame because the motel has so much potential, with its clean rooms and great location near A&W.

Decent central location, very close to Bumpers Inn as well as the outskirts of town. Quick and not expensive breakfast with a huge variety of food, reasonably priced.

Reasonably priced place, had a really lovely stay for the price. The hotel was set in a central area next to a restaurant, the outskirts of Banff and the convenience stores and fast food restaurants. It also was in the centre of town.

Nice courtyard to relax after exploring the area.

The staff were courteous and very helpful.
As in any other place in Banff during summer, there were so many mosquitos around. A screen door would be great so the inside doors can be opened to let the fresh air in during summer.

We enjoyed our time at this motel while taking in Banff's beautiful scenery. The kids loved visiting the Upper Hot Springs nearby, and the cozy room was perfect for our large family. Plus, the motel's location was handy.
My wife says that the shower pressure really needs to improve.

It's relatively inexpensive and is next door to the best restaurant in Banff, Bumpers Beef House.
We have stayed at Bumpers many times in the past (usually for ski holidays) and this is the first time we have found the room to be a little dusty, whether it was the carpet or the bed spreads, I'm not sure but my wife and I plugged up after a night in the room. We are very sensitive to dust.

Quiet and off the main drag. Lovely TV and the refridgerator and microwave were good.
The beds were too hard and the temperature in the room was horrid; too hot. The comforter was not clean; felt sticky. The thermastat did not function. I am not a fan of plastic glasses by the ice bucket but the I detest styrofoam. Why would you not have mugs for the coffee? Additionally, there was no sugar substitute provided.

Spacious rooms with lovely camping decor. Loved the quiet evenings and the nearby A&W for convenience. The mugs were a fun bonus too.
Could improve on cleanliness. All the mugs were dirty upon arrival.

location was great, just a little outside of the main hub of business. The staff were very friendly and ready & willing to help us. Always a friendly smile or wave in the am & pm. I will definately return to this inn & recommend it to my friends.
The only thing I did not like about Bumpers inn was the plastic & syrofoam cups that was for our coffee and other liquids. Next time I will bring my own glasses & cups.
